The Nonstop Soccer Tight Space Training Program is an entire soccer training program that can be done at home, at the field, or anywhere with a little bit of space. The intention of this program is to get YOU better by providing a professional level, individual training program that can be done almost anywhere. This program is intended for all ages and all levels.

 

This program is a 4 week training program to help improve your dribbling, passing, first touch, overall control of the ball, and stamina. We give schedules out based on your skill level. You will need a ball, 2 cones, access to a wall, and a little bit of space.

 

This program has over 50 individual drills that will help you improve on your own. Each day there are about 8-9 exercises that you will perform for 1 minute continuously and then rest about 20-30 seconds between each exercise. There are 3 sets each day of these exercises. Follow along with us for the first set of each day and then perform the last 2 sets on your own repeating the same drills we did together.

 

You can complete almost all of this program with just a single soccer ball. As long as you have a little bit of space, you can get in high quality training and improve on your own. If you are ready to improve NONSTOP, then this is the program for you!

This program has a full dynamic warm-up to help reduce the risk of injury, 4 full speed and agility workouts, full descriptions and slow motion demonstrations. The goal is to complete the 4 workouts every single week for a month straight to improve your strength, speed and agility.
