You receive lifetime access to the purchased program for a one-time payment. Or, for as long as the program exists.
You may not share, resell, or redistribute our program materials.
All program content (videos, PDFs, curriculum, community posts) is the intellectual property of Prolific Soccer, LLC.
Our program and community are hosted inside Skool, a third-party platform. By enrolling, you also agree to Skool’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and community guidelines.
We are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or data handling by Skool.
2. Payment & Refunds
Program fees are subject to seasonal or social media discounts.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to symon@prolificsoccer.com within 30 days of purchase.
3. No Guarantees of Results
Our program is designed to improve your skills and opportunities, but results will vary. We do not guarantee professional contracts, scholarships, or career advancement.
4. Community & Live Calls
Membership includes access to live weekly calls and a private community.
We reserve the right to remove participants for inappropriate or harmful behavior.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials are owned by Prolific Soccer, LLC. You may use them for personal training purposes only. Copying, distributing, or reproducing our content without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation in the program. Always train safely and consult a qualified professional when necessary.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Colorado, United States.
